Fallout 4's Character System

I'm kind of excited about the perks you get with magazines. Over 100 magazines to find with fun 'other' perks. I wonder if there will be a way to admire the inventory? They are showing unique individual covers for the Grognaks.. would be a shame if once you picked it up you couldn't take a good look at it.

Yeah, I hate chests and jars to keep my loot in, I want it OUT on display when I walk in my treasure room!

I had to always make my own house mod for all beth games because of that...

P9 was mentioned as allowing VATS to target things through wall and get other details.

Targeting thru walls is interesting, makes the possible destructible environments we've seen mean even more fun times ahead.

I can see it now. You JUST finish getting all your loot in your house organized in JUST the way you want. Everything is perfect. Then a raider hits your house with a missile and everything you spent the last hour organizing flies across the room into a big pile.

Meh, I'll keep using "lol".

Just go with it. We are almost to 300!

OT: I'm digging the fact that a lot of the really high level perks are almost like superpowers. They really should be with 9s and 10s in a special stat.

Not only can it happen, I fully expect it WILL happen, unless Bethesda stepped up their game with display cases even more than with Skyrim. But even then, I fully expect raiders to pillage my home and blast me with my own Experimental MIRV.

Shot in the dark on L5 - Armchair Psychologist. I mean there is an armchair and vault boy looks crazy to me. What that would do I have no idea.

Ive read it was becuase thier old forums ran on servers that became too clogged up after threads reached 200+ posts.

They do it now simply becuase threads usually go off topic by 200 posts anyways.

I wonder if Raiders will attack if you only build yourself a new home.

I figured it was something silly like that. Just seems to break up a lot of threads, even ones that are on track.

Unless you can cartoonishly make a raider stop mid swing to talk to you perhaps, but I assume ya cant, so just like real life, ya cant solve everything by being a great orator.

I'm curious about that, as well. Maybe the size of your settlement increases the likelihood of attack?
