On the back of the box is a list of bonus material. There are some things mentioned that are not on the disc (at least I didn't find it) - something about a Pen&Paper game, a bonus level and storyboards. Anyone found this?

Yep, browse the disc and you'll find it.

In terms of a more GURPS-like P&P game you might want to look for http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Exodus_(role-playing_game) which was originally the official P&P RPG of the series but there was a load of legal fidgy-widginess and now it's just "Exodus: Totally Not Fallout. Honest.". I've also found a PDF out there somewhere of a pre-release version of it before all the Fallout-specific stuff was stripped out. I don't remember where I found it and even if I did, I wouldn't be allowed to link you to it, nothing personal!
