I took another look at the concept art presented at the beginning of FO4 presentation at E3 and noticed a few things. Looks like the pirate ghoul, a possible companion, is called John Hancock. I noticed a MZ alien. A two headed moose, a large bat(flying mammal) and a Queen Molerat with acid vomit. A store called "Choice Chops" with a meat rack. Also a head and shoulder pic of a middle aged man wearing BOS symbol on his chest and a cape( Arthur Maxson?). In one brief image, it looks to be in a 1st person view and your underwater wearing a scuba mask.

Also,an octupus,submarines,bows and crossbows.

AND the bald Bos guy's insigna is just the 3 gears and is missing the sword.

It's NOT A GHOUL PIRATE! When do people start to accept it...? It's a redcoat. A REDCOAT. NOT A PIRATE... sigh... Sorry but it's annoying...

It's a Ghoul redcoat. Since this is Boston, I'm expecting Bethesda to be milking the Colonial theme for all its worth. We've got the USS Constitution and a Ghoul redcoat. Maybe a clothing option can be a tricorne hat?

After seeing what you have written, on a more serious note (sorry! I really wanted to beat that, but I can't XD), I really want to see a grand mastermind who somehow played all the factions in Boston in a Great Game for his/her own goals... Or at least just someone who think he/she is doing that.

In the beginning game play at e3, when you exit the house and head for the vault, you can see a bookshelf. It has a commonwealth burial flag in the middle. Someone's family member died in the Great War.

And considering the ghoul's clothes will likely be worn down by time it makes it look like a pirate.
