Does anyone know if there will be a console edition of Fallout 4?

I've asked Bethesda and they suggest this...

Thanks!

What do you mean by console edition? Like if it will be for Xbox 1 and Ps4? If so, then yes, yes it will be.

There's been one announced for Xbox One, and it seems to be very limited.... http://www.gamespot.com/articles/win-this-fallout-4-xbox-one-custom-console-from-be/1100-6430191/

Are you talking about console editions for the game systems or the console used in the PC version to make alterations during game play?

I believe they are talking about a console bundle special edition. The game itself isnt a special edition but the console would be by having a game with it and/or a custom skin on both the console and controller that comes with the system.

In that case, check out Pluto's link.

I'm sure there will be console skins soon after release made that can be bought separately.

Also not exactly related to Fallout 4 - but nonetheless interesting, are the two new PS4 models. [CUH-1215A and CUH-1215B]

http://www.playstationlifestyle.net/2015/06/02/1tb-ps4-system-lighter-models-outed-fcc-documents/

Changes:

It features a smaller motherboard with a new GDDR5 memory configuration. As opposed to the 16 memory modules the previous PS4 models used, the new version features just 8, which in turn makes it more energy efficient.

While the size of the main processor is still the same, it has received a new designation, suggesting something has changed internally.

Other changes introduced in the new PS4 model include a new Blu-ray drive design (mechanical buttons), a new HDMI controller, and a new power supply, which is 80g lighter than the previous one and has a lower energy output.

It also seems that Sony has reduced the amount of noise the PS4's fan makes.
