Fallout 4 crash in specific area

Post » Fri Nov 27, 2015 6:03 am

Yeah I cannot enter the area to try and fix the issue. I would have to do it remotely. I was hoping perhaps there may be a console command like 'scrapall' that I could use with a cell name "scrapall CellName' for example.

Sorry I was unclear.

Before the patch and after the behavior is the same. An earlier save does not (one taken while I was building on County Crossing) and a save taken later at The Castle crashes when I fast travel, walk, or use the console command 'coc' to enter the area of the area around County Crossing.

I was stacking two windmills, wiring them up, then left to work on The Castle.

My recollection isn't perfect, it was a couple days ago, but I don't think I did anything like work on quests or anything. My quest list looks to be the same, so I am not sure it is quest related.

That is very weird. I have no clue. I am on PS4, so ours PC friends might be able to help better. But its very strange to see one causing all those crashes, and the other fix. Thankfully you got a fix one so you can play :)
Just svcks if there is a big time lapse between those

Problem with Monsignor crash is fixed after patch, now it does the same thing with Federal Ration Stockpile. Seems there is no easy fix

If you're still having crashes then be sure to write about them in the http://www.gamesas.com/forum/328-steam-beta-update/ part of the forum - I'm not sure if Bethesda is still lurking here but I've seen a bunch of people get replies over there and even have save files asked for so that's your best bet.
