Fallout 4 crashes on startup

My system has these specifications, once I click play, basically nothing happens. Is my computer not good enough?

Since you have a laptop you could have the "not starting in fullscreen issue". Try starting in windowed mode.

Hey, mattb2869

It appears that your CPU is below minimum requirements, and if you have the default graphics controller for that laptop you do not meet minimum spec for your GPU either. You can review minimum and recommended specs http://help.bethesda.net/app/answers/detail/a_id/31171

As you dxdiag you posted is quite small, i assume you have an iGP Intel HD 4000 graphics controller.

Also you CPU is an ULV (Ultra low voltage) dual core CPU.

Better not to buy that game for now.
