I was hoping the beta patch would of fixed it. I bought this three weeks ago and am disappointed.

Not going to run on Intel HD intergrated graphics. You need a dedicated GPU.

Also it looks like your laptop is running below the minimum specs for speed.

Didn't notice that because I went straight to the graphics. This is true as well though. I've seen some reports of less than recommended specs of CPU working ok, but it also seems with a strong GPU and a mediocre or even good CPU causing bottlenecks.

It also looks like the computer is a Laptop which is even more important since it is easier for the laptop to get hot and then throttle down the speed for the CPU.

True. The less than stellar CPUs I've seen here working have all been desktops that also have a moderate to good GPU.

The other times I go to play, it played fine. Performance isn't an issue, the game just won't start.

Two times working on that many tries is blind luck.

It crashed after about an hour and half after I defeated the Death Claw in Concord.

Was the game getting more sluggish or strange textures before the crash. My thinking is that the game was putting a strain on the system with heat and the system was throttling down.
