fallout 3 crashing

i recently acquire Fallout 3 and played it with my old laptop just fine. mod it and all. But I decided to buy a new laptop since my old was already dying little by little. But with this one Fallout 3 crashes when I press new game so I have not been able to play it again. I tried some of the solutions that are around the website without any luck, so the only thing that is left is to know if this laptop have the requirements to play the game. I do not know much about computers so i cant tell if is good or not.

Here is the problem. Intel graphics chips, for all their flashy specs, are rarely any good for gaming and most modern demanding games -including Fallout 3- won't even run on them.

I have GOTY edition and the game works fine (just random crashes from time to time) but it seems always crash when try to exit to main menu.
Is this "normal"?

This is not serious problem, because I still can play the game, but I would like to know what makes it crash when I try to exit main menu.
I have decent PC and generally I don't have problems with games. Some games never crashes, but Oblivion and Fallout 3 crashes sometimes.

While it may not be normal, it looks like it's not all that uncommon as it happens to me too. Not all the time, but quite often.
