fallout deleted its self : Fallout 4

A few days ago, I bought the Mr handy x5 for $3.99 and a bundle of x5 lunch boxes for $3.99. It played for a few minutes afterwards then force reset my phone to which I found it was deleted afterwards. Did anyone else encounter this? I have an android turbo.

Same thing happen to me I bought the Mr handy pack and I went to work and on my break opened the game and all my stuff was gone. I didn't delete and reinstall or anything it was just empty I spent so much time playing and spent a lot of money and now I have nothing

This game caused your phone to force reset itself AND uninstalled itself afterwords? That's rough. Do you still have the purchase receipts from your transactions? That will help.
