Fallout 3 Demo : Fallout 3

Was there ever a Fallout 3 demo and what was the release date for the demo? According to info that I've found on the internet, the official release date for the finished game was on Oct 28, 2008 but I've found actual saved game .fos files that I saved in my hard drives dated "?Monday, ?January ?1, ?2007, ??12:58:03 AM"

So now I'm confused as to what actually are the right dates.

As far as I know, Bethesda hasn't released a demo since Daggerfall. October 28, 2008 is the correct Fallout 3 release date for North America.

I don't know why the timestamp on your save is messed up. Perhaps someone changed Window's date and time settings on your computer? That's all that comes to mind at the moment. Maybe somebody else has a better explanation. :shrug:
