Here is my idea for a DLC...

The British invades and you have to lead your faction against them it would be perfect for a DLC in Fallout 4 cause its set in Boston...

How would the British survivors get to Boston? From what I understand, Europe was in an even worse situation than the US and China before the war so it's probably reasonable to assume they're in a worse state afterwards too. And why would they invade the Commonwealth?

Also, being British myself, I'd want the option to side with the Redcoats. Imperialism, yay! :P

Yeah I wouldn't feel right siding against the British as I am British, my motivation would severely compromised.

I'd like to see something this side of the pond one day, but that's probably a whole other game or spin-off, not a DLC, unless we get to fly the Prydwen across the Atlantic.

With a sparse human population in a post-apocalyptic wasteland, you'd probably welcome the arrival of fresh genes into your community.

If a nation had the technology to get across the Atlantic to Boston, you'd probably also welcome them as saviours. After all, in 200 years your own people have still not managed to progress beyond subsistence farming and living in shacks....

No I like britain and wouldn't want to see that, how about a Cuban invasion or China rebuilt and they invade or a Korean invasion.

Yup, would want to join the Redcoats myself. Not sure if anyone here has played the ACII trilogy and heard Shaun Hasting's wonderful insight into the rebellion, dont know why this reminded me off that.

But in terms of how the Brits got there:

Spoiler
Not sure if you've been to the ship wreckage FMS Northern Star, but some foreigners have managed to get to the US. Not to mention there are quite a few who must be from elsewhere, Caits parents couldnt have been from the US, same goes to Dr. Amari, and some others.

But I do agree that an invasion would be unlikely.

Out of interest is the insight into the state of Europe stated in game?

That doesn't make any sense. The Nuclear War effected the world. I'm pretty sure the British don't care about a nuclear irradiated wasteland like America when they've got their own land to reckon with.

The better idea would be to have a dlc based on The Enclave or a new mutated villain.

I like the British, I don`t want tio kill them :) ,I think all normal humans should work together in this game in spite of their ethnicity. But I think it would be interesting if some DLC took place not in the USA. For example in Europe, or Britain or may be even in Russia ( as I`m from Russia myself ).
