http://imgur.com/a/uwjTo Just to clarify it is the GOTY version, but it's been a few years I don't remember how to install the DLC.

You have to enable the DLC files in the game launcher (click Data Files in the main menu, and then check the boxes for the DLCs) before they show up in your game.

His link shows no DLC in the launcher.

OP, did you install the DLCs from the second disc that comes with the GOTY?

Damn, missed the link.

That's what I get for posting while utterly exhausted from two days of moving.

Nope I didn't . But I have a new problem, when insert Disk 2 into my laptop it starts reading the disk, but nothing happens. I let it run for a good 10 minutes but nothing. Sorry for any confusion.

Common issue. Actually, I remember a couple time I would leave it in for 20 minuets then it would finally go.

Unhappy to report that it read my disk 2 for 50 minutes and then stopped. No error message, no Fallout related windows, nothing. Am I screwed on this or can I still get it to work?

Boot your computer in Safe mode, you should be able to get the disc working that way. It's a known problem with the second disc. Sometimes it just doesn't want to install properly.
