Ever since the Fallout 3 Game of the Year edition hit store shelves, I haven't seen any of the addon packs. So for players who already have FO3, it seems the only way to get the DLC is to download it from GFWL. When going to purchase points from the GFWL thing, it says you're buying XBox Live points. So, can you use XBox live gamecards they sell in stores to buy GFWL points to redeem for FO3 dlc?

Alternately, since all the DLC comes with FO3 now, has there been any murmuring of just making the DLC free to download?

I'm a poor, uninformed clod who bought FO3 and one of the expansion packs shortly before the GOTY edition came out. x_x

It'd be cheaper and less hassle to buy one of those copies than fork out for the rest of the DLC on GFWL to be honest.

Especially if you wait for Fallout New Vegas to come out. Watch the price drop to 14 bucks USA for the GOTY, which would be the cost of just one DLC pack right now.
