Alright folks lets get this started!

Back in 2011 I Started a Skyrim drinking game and it was a moderate success. Some one might have gone to the hospital so that's a win in my book! Now we are on the edge of the next great Bethesda game!

WHAT TO DO

Just submit ideas for drinking game rules - Finish your drink, take a drink, open a new drink rules any idea you can come up with I'll work with them and put them into an organized list!

EXAMPLES

1) When you finish the main quest - Finish your drink

2) Every time you vaporize an enemy - Take a drink

3) Every time you explode pants - Take a drink

4) When you finish your power armor - Finish your drink

NEEDS INPUT- LETS FINISH THIS ONE

(seriously though lets get this one done)

5. Companion incapacitated in combat - Finish your drink

6. You take a drink in game - Take a drink

7. New location discovered - Take a drink

It's a little too early to make the really fun rules, like rules for each companion or the main quest. You should see the rules my friends and I have come up with for other RPGs, like Kingdom Hearts or Mass Effect.

But some good gameplay ones might be...

-Every time you encounter a bug

-Every time you die

-Any time an NPC asks wtf you're doing

Oh so you don't mean an in game drinking session. I first thought you had to get your endurance really high to drink raiders under the table for a substantial reward of bottle caps or a rare weapon of sorts. Think I'll play sober first time around & then try playing wasted

8. Encounter easter egg - Finish your drink.

Edit-played a similar game with oblivion, I was steamin.

9. Every time a NPC utters the equivalent of “Patrolling the Mojave Almost Makes You Wish For a Nuclear Winter” - Take a drink.

I did this once in Dead Money. Every time my character drank a Sierra Madre Martini, I took a drink.

Turned into a Magical Mystery Tour after awhile. ... ...

drunk in the first hour.

Dead in two.

10.) Anytime an NPC or Quest Giver totally disappears off the face of the map (Yorland I'm looking at you >:I ) finish your drink

lol i think the game is cool, but HELL NO, i will try to enjoy the game, no die playing it.

Kill something - drink (tougher enemies = bigger sips)

Pass a skill/perk check in conversation - drink

Level up - drink

Drink - drink

Complete any quest - finish your drink

Fact: people with blue eyes have higher alcohol tolerance

I disagree too, I have green eyes and can drink enough booze to kill a concrete elepha . . . . nt . . ZzzZ

No, because the last thing I want to do when I drink is play a videogame. When I drink, I do it with the intention of getting wasted, not just casually drinking while doing something. All I do when drinking (aside from yelling and being an emotional wreck) is listen to Pink Floyd, and watch The Eric Andre show or Tim and Eric.

Though I didn't actually read it, from skimming it looks like a very interesting article.

I wouldn't take DailyMail too seriously. They're a tabloid that really likes to stretch the truth.

It was quite interesting, though I am unsure of the validity of the science. It seems to have been taken from multiple sources and studies.

Oh, I could come up with drinking rules for this forum that would knock out a pirate.

Drink everytime you make a headshot that explodes into a beautiful gory mess.

Drink everytime you see something bug right the [censored] out with character animations and ragdolls. Finish five drinks if someone does the Reference/T-pose. As bad as its gotten, thats never happened to me.

That should keep you pretty damn drunk. You won't remember a whole lot about combat in Fallout 4.

Actually, I prefer not to play video games drunk. Especially Fallout 4, it seems so vast and detailed that I'd be afraid to miss something wonderful. Maybe on a subsequent playthrough.

Ive actually never heard of drinking games playing video games but im kinda intrigued. I kinda think this is more suited for streaming or playing with friends though, not really something to do by yourself playing a game by yourself lol.
