i have completed fallout once but i would like to just play around with the armour and weapons now does anyone have an editor for fallout 1 that will let me do that like give me all the weapons and god mode

I only know of a fallout 2 editor, none for FO1. Sorry. :shrug:

You can get http://www.nma-fallout.com/forum/dload.php?action=file&file_id=26, with which you can edit your stats, skills and much, but you can't change your inventory.

With http://www.nma-fallout.com/forum/dload.php?action=file&file_id=27, you can change your inventory.

Shouldn't need to do anything different; after all, 90% of the stuff you download is meant to start with a right-click->open or double-click start-up procedure. If it comes with a readme, or if the forum you get it from has instructions, read'em.
