Yup, so i was leveling around the wasteland, when a short video appears, it says "The End" and throws me to the main screen. I thought that there was no time limit in FO2. (some spoilers ahead). It appeared some time after i got the fuel and power to the tanker. I saved before it, and found out that the enclaves in the oil rig were too hard, so i went to get some levels and stuff. What should i do? I think that those enclaves are still too hard for me.

Wear either T-51b Power Armor or Advanced Power Armor on the Oil Rig and you won't have to fight anyone until the very end (and even then if you have the appropriate item you can bypass that fight).

I never heard about Fallout 2 having a time limit, so I don't know what's going on there.

The time limit is years of in-game time. I didn't know anyone managed to not finish the game for that long.

Did you see any of Hakunin's dream visions anytime during your adventure?

I did. Well, when i started this game, my character was 20 years old, and at the end he was something around 35. I like to wander around and stuff.

13 years I think it was before the hardcoded limit kicks in. You must really like wandering around though, I never reached the limit even when I tried.

Unless... Was it just FO1 that had the bug with newer computers where the movement in world map was sped up by a huge degree? If it's happening in your game in FO2 as well, reaching the 13 year limit would be relatively easy to reach by just wandering around the wastes.
