looks like they made a Real book about Fallout Equestria.

It's based in Equestria so the events that happend in Fallout aren't in this (story line wise)

Both i guess. but the armor looks like F3 BoS, Maybe a MLP Enclave, and an outcast, so maybe more on the F3 side.
