So, despite having played through Fallout 2 a number of times, I'm considering a replay with the nastiest bastard I've ever made. I plan him to be a sadistic dumb brute with no regard for anything, and who isn't above acquiring the child-killer perk or some random slaughter of villagers.

I've never tried this before, though. I know that you get some really tough bounty hunters after you after a while, so I feel I have to ask: is the game playable this way to completion? Has anyone of you done it? I've always been too soft-hearted.
