All of these videos are from youtube and are the most realistic simulated battles I could find go Enclave.

The BoS vs Enclave battle isn't totally fair. Only one paladin, and 2 initiates??

I would nix the initiates, make one a paladin at least, or both.

What were the casualties the BoS dished out at Helios? 10-1?

IIRC, every 1 BoS member that died was about a hundred NCR troops. Most likely wrong however, I haven't done that quest since my NCR playthrough back in 2010.

EDIT- Seems an actual number may not have been stated, but the NCR outnumbered the BoS 20:1.

yes far from every BoS have a PA

NPCWars did a ton load of videos on faction v faction, faction v animal, animal v animal, robots etc...

Pitting 5 vs 5 with the gameplay mechanics doesn't really say much about the faction in terms of lore.
In lore, Legion would use sabotage, infiltration and deception to secure their victory, that cannot be done by just tossing 5 frumentarii's against 5 Desert Rangers.

yes its about wining the battle, not the campaign or the war.
