I've played Fallout 3 and New Vegas on the Xbox, and I'm going to get it for my PC. Any major discrepencies I should be aware of, or any helpful tips regarding diferences between the two formats?

They are the same games with the same content. Only the game looks better on the PC.

There are some tricks to getting them installed, but nothing major. See the hardware sections for each game before you install to avoid the pitfalls.
