Hi I have been trying to play all day but my console just freezes when I die and reload a save,or talk to sirtent characters such as easy Pete I cleaned the disc with water and a micro fabric cloth but it just keeps freezing I'm in 360 please help!

Did you clear the Cache? Not sure of the exact instructions, but you can google how to do this.

Nope dident work kinda made the game lagier then it was and the wierd thing is that my disc doesn't even have scratch

And I have replaced this damn Game like three times!!!!!!!!!!
