I'm saying no spin-offs are Fallout games and I'm mentioning every spin-off except the one that shall not be named.
Tactics contradicts canon. I'm saying New Vegas is not an official game since it is not called Fallout 4, therefore it is a spin-off but I am not saying it's not canon.
Just because FO 3 does not continue the Chosen One's story, does not mean it's not canon. Fallout 3 references events in earlier Fallout games, but does not change any details of that event. If you said FO 3 was not canon, FO 2 would not be canon since it does not continue the story of the Vault Dweller, but instead the son of the Vault Dweller. Two different people. Tactics contradicts canon since it changes details of event of Fallout anf Fallout 2. Canon is history. Every character has its own history and story. I don't know any other ways to explain it to you.
Tactics contradict canon how?
New Vegas isn't a spin-off really, it's more of a game within the the universe.
More like Fallout 2.5.
Fallout 3 isn't non-canon either, but it's not the third game in the main franchise IMO.
So while it's canon it isn't really Fallout "3".
Maybe if the two storylines connect at some point, but until then FO3 is just a big side-arc.
Canon, but a side-arc non the less.
