Fallout goes hardboiled

Hello to all fallout fans old and new!!

i used to be a regualr poster on the old fallout two and one fansite and have been waiting for this game for years. Anyone on here i may have posted with i say a big hello and i bet you were as excited as i was when fallout 3 was released! Any new fallout fans i would just like to say.....you are in for a treat with the game and with the fan fiction.

character name: Jake Arnold

Age: 26

Occupation: private eye

skills: small guns, speech, smooth talker all at level 8

Apperance: caucasian, medium build, wears glasses, slightly overweight, has a retro 1940's suit and raincoat outfit, unshaven squared jaw, with green eyes

Weapons: 10mm handgun, hunting rifle

history: spent some time in the police, annoyed some high level people and was kicked out. Then nuclear war broke out

okay onto the story.......

Life as a private dike was hard, it was hard before the war, and it was hard after, but if there is one thing you can rely on, its the human nature of exploring the 'forbidden fruit' ie cheating wives and husbands who, for a variety of reasons deem it necessery to cheat on their prospective partners. It wasn't a job i had liked, but it paid and it paid well.

Of course after the war, the work had pretty much dried up. Hell, living in a vault with 100 other people genereally means everyone knows everyone elses business. So i did the only other thing i knew i was good at, i got drunk. It was while i was recovering from a particularly heavy nights drinking, that i received a call from one of the other vault residents, a call that would change my life forever....

You need to work on your grammar a lot. Like....please capitalize your 'i's. There's other stuff too, if you want me to point it out.

Why do you have a character sheet for a fanfic? A good story does not need one and answers those things in it.
