Ok, im stuck in the mansion. He keeps telling me to seal the hole in the attic with a "grenade" or something that will explode..... Well, its been a week and I cant figure it out. I used my last 2 grenades.....

check the local game map and it will show where you need to be. there are two entrances to be closed upstairs.

You don't really need nades. Bullets work fine.
