Does someone know if the the German version of Fallout 3 GOTY includes an English language option?

Hmm, this is a tricky one to answer.

If this is the PC based Steam version, then that is the only one that you could change the language on. Steam allows installs of the other languages, the question is, has the English version been blessed by Germany. I think it has been for Skyrim, but I can't answer that for this game.

If this is a console version of the game, then the language that you buy is the language that you play.
