Fallout 3 GOTY Has stopped working Win 7

When I start Fallout 3 it shows half of stand by picture and then it crashes. Can anyone help me?

(And this is only for the raw hardware & driver variations. Potential software conflicts are far more likely to be game play problems.)

There was nothing in the basic configuration that is crying out for correction. Have you tried running from a clean boot yet?
