Hello, i just recently baught fallout 3 GOTY and apon clicking "live" i entered the code as it told me to do, HOWEVER, i had not used live before and i hadent put in my account information yet, i was wondering , as i have not been prompted to put in the code again and that the DLC is coming up as (unpayed for / i have to pay microsoft points for it) if there is an admin that can help me out, i am looking forward to playing this on the PC as i have already finished it on the Xbox but recently baught my new gaming PC, i have asked the microsoft help center but no response as of yet.

If you have the GOTY, there's absolutely no need to create an account with Games For Windows Live at all. It's not needed in any way to run the game once you have it installed. The only purpose it served was for the distribution of the DLCs, but since you already have them all you can completely ignore it. All you need it for is to boot the game initially, then it becomes completely redundant.
