okay well basically i recently bought fallout 3 GOTY edition from steam during the sale and i started playing i got to the point where my dad leaves and i get past andy the robot and the officer dude and as soon as i go to use the atrium and the music keeps playing but nothing happens i can't move i can't pause i can't do anything

not only that but also whenever i try to load up a save it freeze's again its maddening has anyone got any idea on what to do or having the same problem

I heard that we need to find the directory file of the game and copy a file name d3d9.dll

But i am not able to find the directory file in my F****ck pc

Because steam didn't instal it on my pc
