I bought the Steam version of Fallout 3 GotY months ago...

before I continue, here is what happened, I used to own Fallout 3, before DLCs, on disc
1 day someone stole it, tried for weeks nver had luck getting it back then tried for 9+ months to find it in stores, kept finding PS3 and 360 versions, but no PC
so said for now gonna dl a pirated copy to play til 1 day I hope to find Fallout 3 in stores again for PC
I am not into dling pirated copies of games movies or anything
but the companies need to think of all version of their games not just keep making the game for 1 or 2 consoles/systems and stop making the game for other systems
so only pirated copy I got to work eventually after tring just Fallout 3 was the Fallout 3 GotY
so figured at least I xcould try that til I find in stores for PC
finally it cam in stores, but for a few months no money to buy
played fine, with and without mods on the pirated copy of the GotY
finally find Steam has a digital copy, 2 months later I buy it
all DLCs play with and woth out mods no prob
all but Broken Steal, starg of game after ya finish Escape quest from Vault 101, game says what DLCs loaded
Says Broken Steal loead and lvl cap raised to 30
I beat main story just like I did on pirated copy
final cut scene happens like normal but then credits roll and back to main menu
5 times so far
idk why all other DLCs work but Broken Steal
anyone have that same prob with the digital copy on Steam? any solutions?

really wanna play the whole game I paid for and not end up having to find another copy of a pirated version again, I prefer to own a legit copy, 2 times I sent in to steam support got no where
