I recently purchased a Steam-Code for Fallout 3 GOTY via the german amazon.de. Sadly I am now stuck with a a censored version. Therefore I would like to patch my game so that I can play the uncut-version.

I did find this download on "mediafire.com": "/download/jsys2c7wxqobv20/Fallout3_uncutpatch.zip"

However, I'm not quite comfortable with using it since the source isn't clear - I'm kinda scared of possible malware.

Do you have any advice for me? Best thing would be if you could recommend a working uncut-patch from a source that's trustworthy so that I don't have to be afraid of getting malware on my computer. (Norton 360 is installed but still...maybe I'm a bit paranoid but...)
