I have Fallout 3 GOTY edition. I just tried to install the latest patch, 1.7 and it wont work. It finishes and then comes up with an error that says.
"The ordinal 5360 could not be located in the dynamic link library xlive.dll."
I really have no idea what that means plz help.

I am running windows 7 home edition.

My computer specs are....
Memory: 6.00 GB
Processor AMD A8-3520M APU with Radeon? HD Graphics
Hard Drive Space: 570 GB
Free Hard Drive Space: 494
Manufacture: HP

I'm not a genius at this stuff, so I'm sorry If you didn't get enough info or anything. I could rlly use some help.

Yes that's the problem, you have integrated graphics, which FO3 does not support.

Intergrated graphics? I got it working before. It was just when I tried to update that It crapped out on me. Is their any way to work around that. Or at least to go back to the previous update. You know the one that let me play the game?

Hate to say it but you may need to reinstall - GOTY is already patched to 1.7 so trying to patch it again probably messes it up

Sorry I missed this fine point before ... But it is a file created by GFWL. Some how it got changed from your original install. Must of been from the update. Wich you dont need. So hopefullly reinstalling will fix it. However after you uninstall ... you may need to hunt around for other files related to fallout3 and Microsoft Games for Windows Live. And delete them. Start with a fresh slate.
Are you useing GFWL with any other applications???
