This seems to be a major issue out there and i've tried all fixes out there without any luck.

And an automated response telling me to "visit the forums.." when i send a support case with dxdiag attached and all possible information about it is just a joke.

Anyone knows if there is a fix from Bethesda in sight?

I don't understand why they have to have automated support that doesn't support people at all. I cannot believe they don't have real people able to help users with their problems

I dont get any message from them they simple ignore there customers

Yes i was thinking that automated response was a kind of "thank you for letting us know bla bla.." but when i read it i understood it was the ACTUAL response to my sup case.

No problem to refund the game, atleast as long as it was bought via Steam, just so you know. We really cannot accept this ignorant behavior.

Yes. I know i have Not the Best High End System but when even gta 5 runs fine this game should too. I had some Strange things with fallout 3 - but this is simply Not ok

Yeah i play GTA V on my computer also, works just fine. Just got my refund though for this game so that's it. It would have to be one hell of a game to be worth putting in weeks of work just to get it started.

I bought the game on steam, i have at least for two weeks the Chance for refund. One week is over. I wait to the End of this time maybe they will Do something..... if Not I will ask for refumd too.... but then it was my last bethesda game.

Yeah same here. Just be careful so u dont get above 2 hours of "gaming time" (it adds gametime everytime you try to launch apparently even though it's not ACTUAL game time) but Steam has a thumbrule about the 2 or more hours of gametime and refund.

Maybe they will give you refund if u explain to them but i would not risk it. They are not obliged to do so.

Yes i know this my actual game time is 7 Minutes - you know the game Works absolutely fine ( Ironie Mode off )
