LA already appeared in the first Fallout game. By now its deep in the NCR territory. You'd have no raider gangs, no beasts overrunning the place. Its well established rebuilt civilization. Thus it will never happen.

I'd like to see what could be done to New Zealand. We're such a little try-hard country, no-one cares about us. So we wouldn't get bombed. Oh damn, that would be pretty boring actually. It would be a game about the importance of political correctness, no-one would be allowed weapons, and there would be lots of mutant sheep.

I think Fallout: hurr durr. The entire game is shooting Enclave troopers in the face at point blank with a .50 caliber rifle while Zeus rains bottlecaps and rainbows in front of you. Also you are invincible and have the game guide downloaded into your brain in the first cutscene.

I think that's what the people want judging from this forum.
