I personally would like to see Denver and the surrounding area. Aside the fact that I live here and think it would be great to see in a video game (I'd settle for GTA, or something like Midnight Club), it has an awesome setting. Mountains/plains/lakes/highways/hills/fun destinations (arena, stadiums, train station, tall buildings, old mines around, former Rocky Flats (nuclear weapon trigger manufacturing), Boulder (environmental nuts & college kids). May not be the perfect location, but I think it'd be a lot of fun and they could get a lot out of it.
Hey I was going to suggest Denver too! I also live in Denver and feel it would make a fantastic setting.
1. DIA- The Denver International Airport is the largest airports in the country and 3rd largest in the world with a huge subterranean network that is the subject of numerous conspiracy theories. The area is so large that it takes up twice the land mass of Manhattan.
2.NORAD- I mean its the North American Aerospace Defense Command. Who would have seen the nukes coming from China first? NORAD thats who.
3.Cheyenne Mountain- (see NORAD) Throughout the Cold War and continuing to this day, the Cheyenne Mountain Operations Center and the Cheyenne Mountain Directorate collect data from a worldwide system of satellites, radar, and other sensors and process that information in real time. (from wiki, so well put)
4. ADX Florence- aka. the Supermax Prison
5. The Colorado National Guard Armory-its not an Armory any more, but I could see it becoming a serious military installation in a time of nuclear fallout. (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Colorado_National_Guard_Armory)
6. Air Force Academy- Colorado Springs
Those are just some major landmarks. The whole state would be ripe for Fallout-ization. In the south eastern part of the state is the Colorado desert, to the north are large plains for farming, and obviously there is the great Rocky Mountains to the west (although this may cause problems with invisible barriers :whistling: ). There is a lot of potential here. Colorado gets my vote.
