I'm trying to make a ipod touch game inspired by Fallout (im not making a Fallout for the ipod touch, thats not what im saying) so I was wondering if you people can tell me which style of sprite looks better the first link or the second link. Thanks

I'd say the first one. The second looks two lengthy for their quaint art style.

First one is the best. I think they look more like mercs, looks like they're wearing leather armor.

If some people are still baffled on what the characters are supposed to look like i put out some drawing to show you how it looks. You'll see the resemblance when you compare the drawing and the 8-bit sprites. Link 1 is male, Link 2 is female. Tell me if i should add things to the characters, or take things away. (Im also going to try to post some more things such as walking cycles, level backgrounds, enemies, etc.)
