Fallout 4 live player chat site?

So I don't have any friends who have Fallout 4, and it occurred to me that sometimes while I am playing, it might be nice to have some sort of live chat where I could log in while playing (preferably not through Xbox, could be on my phone or something) where other people who are currently playing or who just want to talk Fallout4 (I don't necessarily have to know them) are logged in and can chat, provide help/tips, answer questions. I'm not necessarily looking to broadcast my gameplay or watch other people play, just wondering if there is some sort of live chat website or something (other than a static forum, although people seem to respond pretty quickly here!) where I could get instant help from other players. Does anything like this exist?

PC folks can use the Steam Community.

Doesn't Xbox1 have some kind of community interaction? Though chat without a keyboard is not fun.

Yeah I don't know, have only had the XboxOne for a little over 1 week, and the interface still confuses me (even the new one). I don't really know what it is capable of (can I chat with random strangers playing the same game that I am? Or do they have to be my "Friend"?). I do have Steam (but don't play/own Fallout via Steam), would i be able to participate in chat about that game (even if I am not actively playing it via Steam at the time)? As you can tell I'm a bit clueless about these things, I'm usually a solitary player, but I constantly find I am needing to ask for help/advice about Fallout while playing, so it would be helpful. Plus the community of Fallout gamers is pretty awesome for the most part (aside from the whiners).

You could set up a Teamspeak channel on a free server?

you can plug a keyboard into the Xbox One. I have a mini wireless one I use as my remote controller when we watch tv, and for when I'm browsing the net. Xbox One is basically a Microsoft pc that does not have a desktop program installed.
