Hello:

I have Fallout 3 GOTY . The problem I am running into is that the game minimizes while running and can't be maximized. While in this minimized state it is still running and I have to forcibly terminate it.

I have already followed all of the other setup directions.

It sounds like you have some application or process running in the background that's grabbing focus from FO3 and forcing it to minimize. Have you tried doing a clean boot and then seeing if the game minimizes?
