Fallout MMO Speculation

Post » Fri May 08, 2009 8:19 am

Just based on the information with teaming up with masthead press release, one could assume that gamesas met all the conditions to keep their Fallout MMO IP that bethesda disputing.

The V13 project will be using technology from the Earthrise MMO. Earthrise's game engine can't be cheap and with gamesas using the Earthrise tools it could be considered funding for the game.

The V13 project has been in works for awhile now and with added Earthrise tools from masthead one could argue that alone is enough for starting the development stage since Earthrise's tools come from an almost a finished MMO.

If indeed V13 is set in Fallout out world then gamesas should have a good case to keep them if they still intend to use the Fallout mmo rights. This just based off teaming with masthead I sure we will learn more information about this from gamesas in due time.

Who knows gamesas and Bethesda might work something else out and become friends. :D

Possibly but one thing is for sure its getting very sticky between the two companies so we will definitely have to see how it rides out in the end. Possibly into the sunset? Image
I told the Overseer of Vault 13 I'd give everything to save everyone, and so I did, I saved them all. Since then I've felt loneliness.
