Fairly sure someone has made the Enclave equal opportunity? All I come across are male Enclave Soldiers, but some officers are female. I know they're a bunch of German loving anti-American fascist pigdogs, but if females can be officers, surely they can be soldiers too?

See, the problem is one of logistics - they went all-out on the female versions of Power Armor and - since computer games are only ever populated by buxom vixens - female soldiers were unable to squeeze into PA. Thankfully the Enclave used this opportunity to start a fast education programme for it's female members so they could rise to the status of officers. Here buxom vixens can be easily accommodated by some simple seamstress works.

Ah, so the T45d Power Armor had more chest space than the Advanced Power Armor Mk.II. That explains why the BoS can use women but the Enclave can't! You're a genius!

Anyone know of a mod that makes the wasteland feel like a wasteland? Im looking for a mod that makes ammo and caps more rare, and lowers player encumberance and such. It ruins the immersion to open up an ammo box to find 800 MF cells right in the middle of a building , anyone know of something that adds more emphasis to survival and scavenging?

It's a personal texture I made and did not release (and probably never will, either - sorry).

Something I always wondered. I was so used to it in Oblivion because it was just part of the game. Player head tracking. Every other NPC does it (and some animals) but the player wanders around like a glassy-eyed zombie. Is there a mod or even an .ini setting that enables player head tracking?

Also, in the same theme, Luchaire (I think) had a mod that edited something to do with the players' eyes. I thought it was called Zombie Stare Fix but I can't find anything like it. Does anyone know what I'm talking about, and/or where to find it if it's still available?

:)

I don't know if you found the answer to this, since your question was like 3 weeks ago or so, but since I just saw it, I'll answer anyway. The Zombie Stare Fix I did was incorporated into the Unofficial FO3 Patch, so if you have that you have the fix. If you aren't using it, you can download my original fix http://luchaire.gamersoasis.net/Downloads/ZombieStaringFix.rar

Thanks Luchaire, I found it on Canadian Ice (I think it was posted there) not long afterwards. I didn't know it was in the Unofficial Patch already. That's handy. Thanks! :hehe:

Love the idea of "typing to hack" on the terminals...would be AWESOME. And I'm sure it's possible to-do ;).

This is a LONGSHOT but...are there any mods that add environmental disasters and such? Or just really intense environmental goings on?

Such as earthquakes that actually shake about anything not tied down (not just a boring visual effect), thunder/lightning storm mods, tornadoes/twisters which actually fling stuff around? I'm guessing no :(.

Would be so cool though, it wouldn't just be fallout...we'd be...lol...falling about xD!!!! /fail :bolt: haha :P.

Still...one can hope and dream though still ;).

BTW..totally off topic but.

MystykStar? What alt command (if its an alt command) key combo did your use/type to get that cool star?

:P I use it on eBay in my feedback to others so just copied and pasted it. I don't know what the key combo for it is.

A friend of mine sent me links to a couple of screenshots...

I recognize what looks like the reinforced stealth suit, but anyone know where that texture for it comes from?

Also, what about that flamethrower?

Is there a mod which is designed to disable the console?

An odd request, I know, but I always find it ruining my game. There is too much temptation involved with it. Its just too easy to cheat and make my character godly. Yes, I have tried to simply ignore it and not use it, but there always comes a time when I'm out of ammo and about to die or I need to get to a place faster and I just type the quick code. I'm a cheater by nature, but god mode just ruins the fun in a game.

I don't imagine it would be too hard to find a solution and disable it, but things are often more difficult than they seem when dealing with modding. :P

I haven't tried it myself (I need my console) but there's a line in the Fallout.ini called bAllowConsole=1. I'd assume that changing it to a zero would prevent you from being able to open the console.

Is there a mod that makes the guns from the various DLC available in the Wasteland (in shops, on various individuals)? I own 'em all, but it would be really nice to occasionally come across whatever it is I need to repair whatever gun I'm using. So far, the only time I've seen DLC affect the Wasteland items-wise, was Point Look, which makes it so a few of the people in the Wasteland sell Punga Fruit, which is nice, I guess. I'm more interested in like... the guns.

Are there any really good quest and/or building mods I should download? I'm kinda interested in going to new places and taking new quests, as I seem to have been just about everywhere Bethesda has provided.

I've heard http://www.fallout3nexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=6270 is a good one, even though it's all in German. I still haven't tried it yet, though.
