Just reinstalled after a long hiatus and am trying to relocate some of the mods I used to use.

One in particular is eluding me, it allows you to buy various houses and such, then rent them out to generic NPC's.

Currently sorting through the many, many mods on Nexus with the word "House" in the title, but if someone happens to know the name offhand, please feel free to share.

Is there a mod that instead of being addicted to beer, or wine, or whiskey or Vodka, it just makes it so your addicted to Alcohol in general?

Doesn't have to be a replacer, it can be mixed in with other armours as well.

Isn't that the way it already works? According to the http://fallout.wikia.com/wiki/Addiction all alcohol will satiate your addiction.

I moreover meant something that was just for show, like something that just says "Your addicted to Alcohol" instead of "Your addicted to *Insert Alcohol Name Here*"

Looking for a mod that prevents the inane pvssyr when you mouse over a locked container or nudge some piece of clutter (whoever thought this was a good idea should be junkpunched for an hour or three...perhaps it is meant to encourage evil characters, it certainly makes me want to open fire on them). I cant for the life of me recall the name.

I have not palyed a character with bad karma yet.
Are raiders and other baddies nice to you if you have really bad karma?
if not, is there a mod to change this?

Enmity isn't based on Karma, but on Factions. If you want to be friendly with Raiders you could download an alternative start mod that puts you in the Raider faction, this will however make almost anyone else hostile to you.

Edit: Also, quick tip to find mods: use ADVANCED search on the Nexus, and search in the Description field. This will net you more useful hits when searching on common words like "house", "CALIBR" etc.

Hi,

does anyone know an alternative download for RI-Primary Needs (or Necessities) mod apart from Fallout Nexus? I can't access the site for days now. If there isn't, is it possible for anyone who has it to re-upload the mod to some other site like Planet Fallout for instance? I'm also looking for a mod that adds weight to ammunition.

This doesn't really help you getting RI, but you might want to check if something's wrong on your side. I can access the Nexus just fine.

A network connection timeout error. I read here in the forums that others have the same problem as well. I cannot access the site for the last five days.

Does anyone know of a mod which pretty much removes the part of the Main Quest with Dad in it? I think it'd be good for people who roleplay good characters who would want to see the wasteland be saved.

I was wondering if there was a fix yet that added the albino scorpion, introduced in the BRoken Steel Addon, to the animal faction so the Animal friend perk would work on it too.

I'm pretty sure that Radscorpions don't count in the Animal Friend Perk. I have it fully upgraded and I still get attacked by Radscorpions.
