Fallout 3 Mod Detectives #3

To avoid future "Is there a mod that..." threads I'm starting our first third Mod Detectives thread here.
Unlike the Oblivion forum we do not have a buddah who collects mod, but instead we should all try to work as a community.

What is this thread?

If you are in need of a mod that you either know and can't remember the name of, or don't know exist you can ask for it here. People then (hopefully) post to inform you if such a mod exist.

Rules

Basic forum rules
No need to post "Hello? anyone know?" five times. Wait at least until the thread has moved on with one page before asking again.
For you who know the Oblivion mod detective thread might have noticed a change here. You can ask for mods you don't know exist.

Now, for my question: I'm looking for any sort of mod that adds a location with tons of raiders, or just a lot of names of places that have raiders. I'm trying to farm a 40mm grenade launcher off the RaiderWeaponSpecial list, but I have to find a place with enough raiders for this to be feasible. Anyone know of such a place? Preferably one that respawns?

I don't know the answer to your question, but I do have one of my own. Does anyone know of a mod that expands any of the current establishments(ex. Canterbury Commons), by either creating more NPCs or buildings?

since i find it too mind bogling for me to set up the load order right, i was wondering is there something like BOSS ( better oblivion sorting software) for fallout?

The only problem with Evergreen Mills is that I'm level 6, and there is a freaking Gargantuan outside. Now, I won't claim to be a bad shot, but that's a bit of a steep fight when you don't have a good weapon to cover your... face. Plus, if I find the gun outside, then comes the issue of "how do I keep a raider from ruining that generator?".
Evergreen Mills is a bit more of a challenge then what I'm aiming for right now.

http://www.fallout3nexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=5059 adds a M1928 Thompson, as well as has them with Drum Magazines, if that's the kind you're looking for. Types include semi, auto, silenced semi, silenced auto, semi drum mag, auto drum mag, semi silenced drum mag, and auto silenced drum mag.
Most guns added by this mod have such functions if the real gun had those functions(thus, a PM Markov wouldn't have a automatic fire mode, but a Bizon would, yet both would have silencers possible for them).

There are a lot of Wattz Laser Weapon mods, but does anyone include the Rifle with the original Fallout 1/2 sound (that sinister "Blinggg")? It's awesome.

And now for a unique request: is there some mod that actually reduces encounter frequency? In vanilla I found the wasteland was more like a pre-rigged safari trip and MMM has made it even more so (although at least now they also fight each other - not just me), but it's happening way too often IMO. Is there some variable I could change to alter this or is there some mod that does this in a friendly/compatible way? I don't mind having a worthwhile encounter every now and again, but witnessing or getting involved in skirmishes every 2 minutes kinda kills the immersion factor of being in a wasteland.

I know that this request/query is just a silly little aesthetic thing on my part, but is there any mod that adds tagging to the game?

Explanation: I noticed in some power plant that a bunch of Raider graffiti had been painted over a Brotherhood logo. I recently cleared out the Wheaton Armory and thought it would be fitting if I could paint over the Raider mess with some Brotherhood marks. Is this possible, and if so, has anyone attempted it?

Extra points if the tags change/remove the Raider respawn, somehow! Cheers! ^_^

Well, there is http://www.fallout3nexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=6644, but you'll have to do the tagging manually, and it will only last as long as decals last(like bullet holes on walls, blood spatters after a fight, etc).

You can approach Evergreen Mills from the back/top along the rocks and drop down on the roof of the mill, avoiding the Gargantuan that is lurking around the entrance. I don't usually have a problem raiders ruining the generator, just snipe them from the roof.

I'm seeking some High Resolution packs that are well done (For the landscape, buildings, weapons, armor), I can't seem to remember exactly who made them , or what they're called.

Also is there a MOD that makes Alchohol or Chems more "fun"? As in visual effects, or something along those lines?

Hi. I recently got Fallout 3 and was very happy with it XD. I had gotten Fawkes as a companion and quite enjoy having only to get shot at and have him blow them away XD.

I went into the Ninth Ring and purchased Charon's contract (I was like wtf when he did that thing to his previous owner *Spoiler Hint XD*) and found out I can have only one companion.

Any mods out there that change that?

Also, any mods that add more themes for the houses? Like more themes for the Megaton house and etc.
