Are there any mods that affect the placement of items? Like they had for books in Oblivion?

Also are there any wearable wig mods?

And lastly, I think there used to be a placeable bobblehead stand mod but I can't seem to find it anymore. Does anyone know of one? Edit: Found this one! It was part of http://www.fallout3nexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=4142

Thanks in advance!

I need quests. Or something interesting to do generally. Exploring the wasteland is fine... just not very rewarding really, especially when there ain't much i haven't seen.
Vanilla side quests are too... mundane, and i don't really bother with them. Main Quest ends the game (not using any DLCs any longer), in addition being too linear.

Both Arefu Expanded and A Trail of Crumbs seem to be requiring 1.7... Somehow i have a feeling that Fake Patch doesn't satisfy this requirement, or does it? I'm not going to use official patches above 1.016 since 1.1 (and later ones) breaks VATS and causes some other problems (at least on my system). Oh and Arefu Expanded claims it may conflict with the unofficial patch, i've read a claim that UOFP causes more trouble than its worth, true?
I'm a bit sceptic about Cube, doesn't really seem to be something i'd like... but noted. Maybe on some rainy day. Gonna check out the treasure map quests.
Thanks.

EDIT, FO3 really seems to be lacking on quest department... there are single quests like the above ones but... i don't know, at least there ain't such mods i'm truly looking for, long complicated plots and stories, or something aking the FO3 main quest.

Hi All.

I've seen a trailer for a Commonwealth Mod.

Has a mod been made for this?

Cheers.

James:)

Is there a mod making the http://images1.wikia.nocookie.net/fallout/images/2/2f/SatCom_Array_NN-03d-B_Chessboard.jpg in http://fallout.wikia.com/wiki/SatCom_Array_NN-03d usable? Guess you could set it up yourself with setscale commands and a lot of patience, but perhaps it's done? I'd like such a set in my Megaton Home.

EDIT: Also, while I'm at it - is there a mod adding Tailor Made and Black retex clothes/armors to NPC's and/or adding NPC's with them?

I have a question, for a change.

Is there a mod that removes the white-out visuals as a drug or chem is wearing off? I'd rather just a mesage in the corner that says, "[Insert chem name] has worn off."

If there's not one I guess I can see if I can do it myself :)

What is the mod that lets you salvage the wrecked cars engines to get batteries?

I know I read about it, but can't find it again.

Thanks

Hello. I was wondering what do you guys is the best Scripted mod. Like in morrowind i had a necromancer mod that allowed just before you died to teleport you into your amulet and restore your health and you could gain certain abilities from here and then you could teleport back. I think it was a Lich something mod. But i was wondering what you guys think the best scripted mod would be. I dont mind if its too Unbalancing or overpowering????

Thanks in advance

One thing just occured to me, throwable mines, sticky bombs or something. You could throw them like a grenade, but they would stick in the wall or drop to floor and and act like mines. Does a weapon like that exist?

I remember when I had fallout installed before I had to wipe the hard drive, I had a mod that allowed you to run your own mercenary company. I tried searching for it on the Nexus with what little I could remember about it, but to no avail. I remember that the mercenary base was up near Paradise Falls, but nothing else apart from that.

Which hairs are used in the screenshots for http://www.fallout3nexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=5643? Esp. Cheerleader & Bloodrayne.

Also, is there a http://www.tesnexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=10812 mod for F3?

The Cheerleader one I heard isn't available as it's 'ported from The Sims 2. I think it's the same for the second one, as well. I remember reading about them in the comments at one stage.

I see iPip was recommended above, but having just looked at a bunch of radio mods and see at least three choices for adding Radio stations and your own music - I was wondering if anyone has found one better than the other?

What I've found are:

http://www.fallout3nexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=1559 - as above.
http://www.fallout3nexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=3250 - this one has 250 track potential and seems to randomize.

then there are a few radio stations ... notably http://www.fallout3nexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=10900 and its expansion that allow you to add your own tracks.

What I'd like to know from other users (and before I spend hours preparing the use of one or the other) is what kind of in-game controls do they have? Does one have the ability to fast forward or more in-game control?

Next - mono tracks ... I recall them being important and I know that they are for things like Reneers Radio Mod. Is there an easy application where I can generate mono versions - could WMP do that I wonder? Maybe a tutorial somewhere?

thanks

Edit: Please copy your post over to the new thread Psymon. I don't know anything about custom radio mods.
