Is there a mod that allows me to aim down a gun's sight like in New Vegas?

Probably the most comprehensive is http://www.fallout3nexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=6938 (ironsight being the technical term for using the notches on guns to aim).

There are various patches but the main thing is that overhauls or mods that introduce weapons -this may not work with.

Even using http://www.fallout3nexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=15578 destabilizes my game, so it varies with users and load order.

Thank you! I will try it out with Apocalypse Armory and see if it works :)

EDIT: Anyways, while I am in here, I remember seeing a mod that added a Stimpack Counter to the HUD, but now I can't seem to find it anywhere - anyone know what I am talking about?

Still looking for this if anyone has any ideas.

Just in case anyone else would want this, I happened to find it finally thanks to an update to the Unified HUD Project that now includes it as one of the mods it handles - it comes from http://www.fallout3nexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=14730 (and thus my issues of tracking it down with every method I could think of for the Mod name). Cheers.

Is there anything like Oblivion's http://www.tesnexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=26389 for Fallout 3? I'd love to be able to mark places cleaned out so I don't have to remember where I've been into and ran away from, where I've totally cleaned out and where I've just walked past. :)

Edit: Also, is there a mod to make Speech work more like New Vegas (where it either works or doesn't) rather than the percentage chance, which just encourages a reload-fest until you succeed?

Is there a mod (or an easy way) to change the time it takes to get to Point Lookout? Based on what I can figure out, Tobar would have to be actively piloting upriver while heading downstream in order to be going so slowly that it would take a month to get there. :P

Edit: I am bad at search terms: http://www.fallout3nexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=8725

I'm looking for a mod that alters and enhances the themes for your homes. I don't want a bigger home or anything, just snazzier versions of the themes maybe with some rearranged furniture and whatnot. Also is there a mod that prevents my companions, namely Dog Meat, from blocking my bedroom door? I could have sworn I had mods like this last time I had the game installed but I can't find anything.

I'm coming back to Fallout 3, and I had this mod that allowed you to form a settlement, and you could place objects such as fences for your town. At the time this mod was in early stages of development, and I was wondering if they have developed that mod any further. Anyone know of such a mod?

It's called Real Time Settler. FO3 development has been scrapped in favor of the New Vegas variant, I think.

Yep, http://fallout3nexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=7070 sounds like the mod, but I think that both version are now on ice actually as per the download pages of both (as well as their website):

Arcoolka has retired.

Yeah, that is the mod. That is a shame it isn't being worked on anymore, I really enjoyed that mod. Although, it appears to have been updated since the last time I saw it. Thanks to the both of you for finding that for me.

http://www.fallout3nexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=6938 is about as close as you'll get, and it's still not quite done.

Depending on what gender your character is, you've got some options.

http://www.fallout3nexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=12296 Jello module has necklaces you can craft from gems found in the wastes. This is probably your best bet for male characters.

http://www.fallout3nexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=4616 sells necklaces. I'm not sure how well they work on male characters though.

Various shops in the http://www.fallout3nexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=5573 have necklaces. I can verify that for the most part they do not work on male characters.

There may be more like this, but these I can verify as functional and decent.

Other than selecting them and using prid commands, the only thing I can think of is using the GECK to place carts manually.

I'm looking for (preferably a modder's resource) a mod that adds damaged versions of the Vault Security outfits (like how the Armoured 101 Jumpsuit is all old and stitched up).

For example, if you look at http://images.wikia.com/fallout/images/2/27/Armored_Vault_suit.png, it's in a lot worse condition than http://images.wikia.com/fallout/images/2/27/Fallout_3_Vault_Security_Armour.png.

That's what I want! (Also, I tried using texture sets, but they don't really match up)

EDIT: Nevermind! I whipped one up myself. :)
