[IDEA] Fallout Modding Community Perks

Had a crazy idea, earlier, kind of a send-off mod for FO3.

Embody the high-profile modders of FO3... into perks.

I could do the icons, and then based on that modders speciality, I'd Vault-Boy/Girl them into a Perk Icon and have a perk that would embody what they specialize in.

Like, I'll do me, for example.

Icon Description:
Perk Name: Artist Eye
What I'm doing: Me, with a canvas, painting a vault-boy
What I look like: Well I already know that, but I'm a bigger guy, that would reflect that. Shaggy Hair, Mustache, portly, yada yada
What I'm wearing: I usually wear short sleeves and pants, so, merc medic outfit
What the perk does: Congratulations! You've got the eye of an artist! You can see things in your subjects others would miss, you find more things in loot, and can easily find your opponents weak-spot.

So, open to suggestions on that end, if you do want to inquire about it, send me a PM. If you're afraid to send me pictures, send me a picture of a NPC representation of you. IF you are REALLY torn on that, send me a screenshot of a character you main as IF it's of the SAME gender as you.

But enough talk, have at you!

Sounds like fun. I have just started delving into the world of perk creation myself. One thing to remember here is the perk needs to be something that 'can' be created in game, not just a cool idea. For example, what would you get with the 'eye of the artist' in terms of what the game engine will allow? +1 Perception?
And how would that be rewarded to the player? At mod start?

Actually his perk could use the "add levelled list on death" function of perks to add ammo like he wanted to dead people, or do it scrounger style where the perk changes a global that affects a ammo list's find rate. As for finding an opponent's wek point, just increase crit chance by say 3- 5% and voila one instat artist eye perk.
