So I've playe dFallout 3 for 200 hours over the last 5 months now(amazing game) and I would like to play around with mods. But the 360 doesn't have mods ='(

Would it be possible to like add a Mod DLC that gives you access to mods?

No mircosoft and sony wont allow it.
