Lonesome Road and OWB were the worst where I have lag/froze. Owb no longer lags now.
But LR is horrible, it freezes, doesn't load, and lags.

You have no one to blame but yourself.

Just kidding. There are plenty of PS3 players that do not encounter many problems with the DLCs, so it's probably something to do with the console that you're playing on itself, not the game.

My system is new. I know it is the game. Will dice every fix?

I'm not a PS3 player for the most part although I do own one. This should be in the issues section.

Anyway, a first is to clean the disk to the best of your abilities. On a console like that, cleaning the disk is the first step to troubleshooting 90% of the time.
