Personality: Quiet, calculated, and fierce. Isenes does not put up with any BS.
Bio: Isenes was born far away from New Vegas, in the northern areas of the USA. Not much was known about his past life, other than the fact that his family treated him horribly. Scarred by his past, Isenes fled to New Vegas when he was only 15 years of age. He enlisted in the NCR, and quickly rose through the ranks. At age 25, he was inlisted into the Rangers. Only after 5 years of service was he given the special armor of the "Veteran Rangers." Mentally Isenes is not considered "stable".

Personality: Fairly aggressive and not to bright. Pinky will attack anyone who is aggressive towards him. Has a distrustful attitude toward nightkin and anyone else he considers to be "wierd". Pinky doesn't remember much about his life as a human.
Bio: Formerly part of the master's army, Pinky has spent a lot of time talking with Marcus in Jacobstown and now believes that his blind loyalty to the Master was completely misplaced. The rest will be explained IC.

@Rex: Is the forest where the Predator landed the one on the mountain near Jacobstown? If so, is it ok for Pinky to find a couple of skinned super mutants hanging from the trees?

Personality: Despite being a Legionary to the core Lupus is very kind and caring, but only towards women. He is not rude or mean towards Legionaries but he does not care much about them. In Lupus's eyes men outside of the Legion are dogs, but only those who show disrespect. Men who know Lupus's power and respect him are treated like equals, Lupus believe in respect more than anything, problem is because he is apart of the Legion he is not respected by many wastelanders, which is why he keeps his Legion identity well hidden.

Bio: Lupus was born in Arizona, at a young age his parents were murdered and he was captured by some tribal's, the day after he was captured he attempted an escape, during his escape Caesars Legion attacked the tribal's. Lupus killed many of the tribal's and a Centurion witnessed this. Since Lupus no longer had a family he asked to join the Legion, they accepted. Lupus rose through the Legions ranks quickly, he became the youngest Legionary ever at age 13. When Lupus was fifteen he had his first son, the next year he had his second, and the year after that he had his third son. Lupus became a Centurion at age 21, the year after he had his fourth son. As a Centurion Lupus conquered 12 tribes, this made him a celebrity within the Legion, every Legionary knew him. Following the loss at Hoover Dam Caesar left Lupus in the Mojave, he was given a Contubernia despite his rank of Centurion. His Contubernia has all of his sons in it along with three Veteran Decanus.

It's just a random camp in the Wasteland for passing troopers to reequip at. There was like fifteen troopers there.
