Questline Bug:

For the Republic part II: If you talk to the Omerta Receptionist before speaking with the woman at the NCR embassy the quest become impossible to complete

Perk Bug:

Quick Draw causes pistols to holster incorrectly, making it take twice as long to draw them again. Essentially this renders the perk useless for pistols

Camp Guardian Cave exit (swim in the submerged cave). On the outside in Mojave whilst in the water swim to your left, there is a large low detailed 2D texture on the left that is half in the land, and half in the water.

Also, Lake Mead Cave - There is a small crevice that you can swim into without much difficulty but get stuck when trying to exit it, because of invisible (on the major cavern side) stalactites that block you when you try and move out. It is located in the bottom right of the instance next to the two (close together) holes in the wall that light come out from.

* I'm playing on Xbox 360 and whenever I approach the 188 Trading Post, the game crashes. It crashes from every direction, coming fron Novac, Boulder City, REPCONN Headquarters and Grub n' Gulp Rest Stop.

* ED-E My Love, side quest. It's impossible to trigger ED-E's first audio log with Old Lady Gibson, if you've gone through all of her dialogue beforehand.

I've updated the thread using your reports and some information from the rest of the forum.

I'm starting to think that I'm compiling this list for nothing though... Oh well, can't give up hope yet, let's hope the next patch fixes a lot of these bugs and glitches (IF there's going to be one).

First off im just going to say, WOW man you did your homework! Holycrap... that's like a BOOK of problems...

But this one is my MAIN issue, there's been so many times this has happened to me, and it's funny cause it only happens when I'm fighting:

Don't really know if they fixed this but the wheel of fortunate quest has several glitches and the fallout wiki stats about every glitch everyone has found really think they should just look at that and see of they can at least start fixing them slowly Idc how many patches their are just want a smooth no crashing or freezing fallout anyone else agree

don't know if anyone else has had this ghost weight when i have absolelutly nothing in my inv i'll have 65+ weight no weaps no arm no ammo etc i think it has something to do with reloading bench

Did you remove everything, even lead? The pipboy states that lead weighs 0, but it actually does have a weight, albeit extremely low.

I'm not sure if this is posted yet but either Honest Hearts or the most recent patch has caused my game to black screen nearly every loading screen I have there appears to be no cure for this... And.. When ever equipping minigun, gatling laser or the grenade machine gun when I de-equpit it keeps the backpack on... and the whole gun attached to my wrist when holstered glitch.. Meh I wish I had a P.C. at least then the bugs *WOULD* be fixed and unlike Obsidian they don't keep us in the dark, is it that much to ask for someone to post on an official forum threat about how they fixed this bug today, or that bug and it will be coming out at "insert date here".. Anyway those are my contributions to the bug list assuming they haven't been mentioned already..

Haven't seen this elsewhere so thought I'd post. Ever since the most recent patch I've had a bug that consistently crashes the game. Whenever I buy multiple boxes of case box from vendors (Gun Runners and Novac particularly) the game crashes when it attempts to add them to inventory. It makes the same sound as when adding Caravan cards to inventory but after the first 'tick' the entire Xbox freezes. I have to perform a hard restart of the Xbox. This didn't occur prior to the last patch and now it's just downright annoying.

Didn't see this one on the list when trying to get the Legion reinforcements inside the intake tower there is no terminal in the quest Veni, Vidi, Vici.

This happens to me too.I think its common enough.I think it was the older patch that started it.

Hidden Valley, still, is a Bugged up Area.

Entering Hidden Valley Bunker. Game Crashes. Reboot of my Xbox.
Entering Hidden Valley Bunker. Works Fine. Doing my Work in Hidden Valley. Trying to leave. BAM XBox Crashes.
Reboot, Leving works fine.

Both Crashes showing the Loading Screen short and then a Black Screen.

This is happening to me since the Honest Hearts Patch in April.

I already thought about to collect one Euro for every Kilometer i walk for this game from gamesas .

On PC you would at have a chance to get the Bugs fixed by the Community.

Ive just played FONV for the first time since the last patch, played for about 5mins didnt save which was kind of annoying as i was clearing my safe and selling unwanted items after just getting back from helping the Burned Man!!!!
Anyway got to the Gun Runners to ave a gander at their stock, saw a new companion dismissal thingy??!!(iam sure it wasnt there b4??!!) and the game crashed!!
getting a bit boring now!! The screen was new though, it wasd a dark Amber screen with black horizontal lines running through it, never seen that one b4??

Please sort this out, the gap between me playin FONV is getting longer every time!! I hate to say it but I think iam loosing interest because of all the crashes

Is anybody else seeing a problem with the corpses in Goodsprings Cave getting up and wandering about? I know there's been similar problems because supposedly dead bodies have had their respawn box ticked, but that's not the case with these two. "getav health" confirms that their health is indeed 0, but they won't stay dead unless I issue a kill command. Not a major problem in itself, but I'm worried that it may be symptomatic of something nastier going on...

Actually never mind, just spotted it's using a template which does have respawn ticked, so that's most likely the problem.

Edit: turns out that is the problem. If anyone's interested the references are 1531f6 and 1531f7.

Note to self: check which forum you're in when looking at search results. I think I should've already gone to bed.

Some are having issues using computer terminals: they only hear the typing sounds when using one, but the computer terminal interface doesn't show up.

Add me to this list; I brought the game last week, have been experiencing the problem every time, even after the latest title update, and went so far as to exchange discs at the store and completely clear my hard drive and game cache of the patch and installed game, and this still happens. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

So, 9 months later...a few smaller patches and one big 'massive' patch and this damn game still isn't working? Screw the idea that we were sold a beta, we were sold a F'n alpha. Do these people have no self-respect?

that is one frickin huge list at the start there.anyone ever played another game with a list like that.if i worked on this game id quit after seeing that list.shocking

After the patch the streetlights around vegas are on day and night. Not game breaking but again little annoying and looks bad on daytime. The never-ending feeling of "allways something" continues...

Everything i seem to do on the Honest Hearts DLC just causes me to crash. its quite infuriating after ive just forked out this money.

After I got Old world blues I noticed a few new Glitches, all of which are in the main game.

• Location tied events for at least Veronica and Arcade are never triggering.
  
• Giving Veronica a dress no longer triggers dialog, on my previous playthrough It eventually happened randomly several hours later, not yet on current one.
  
• After doing Beyond The Beef (at times disguised as A White Glove) my Faction Reputations were reset for all factions save the following: Freeside, The Followers, Goodsprings, Novac, Boomers, The Strip,

i made new pro ncr char so i killed all legion i saw. im completey vilified with them but they are not hostile. i have not got boone, have not worn faction base armor and not reached the mark of cesar this has only happend on my recent 3 char and not seen legion assassins on them. does anybody know how to fix this coz i need my legion assassins fix lol [best loot in the game]
