I am guessing this is the correct forum for this question since what I need is a hint. I need to get to the Bell Tower so I can start the gala event and enter the casino. But I cannot get past the second floor. I have run around the building in circles for well over an hour, perhaps two hours. Been to every room multiple times with no success (though I did find some goodies I had missed on my earlier trips to the rooms). I thought that the trek through the wine cellar would be the way because it is the longest path but no luck there. I can see and hear the bell tower but have no idea how to get there. I have gone all the way back to the starting fountain to see if I missed a turn. If I did miss a turn, I am still missing it.

How do I get into the bell tower?
