I saw it too but it's so minor compared to all the awesome additions.

Miniguns in F3 did that, too. Not really something they added. But what they did add are all those locations, of which we've only seen three now, which already are more unique than F3 ever was. If that is kept up at least half of the game... ^_^

There are, for the devs. But since you can't enable dev mode with a normal 360,... No.
